I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have an appointment time at 3:50 pm, only to wait until 5:10 pm and never see a doctor. It is completely unacceptable. My time is important too, especially since had I switched my appointment time to a different date your office insisted on charging me for a schedule change. Your office reminded me about my appointment at least twenty times, via emails, phone calls and text messages. I’m watching my Blue Cross Blue Shield account to be certain Lee Obstetrics & Gynecology doesn’t charge BCBS for an appointment. I also contacted their Board of Directors. I'm so excited to take them to Small Claims Court for the amount they owe me for waiting and missing work. Horrible service.Suzy West
