I see Dr. Charles Clark and he is a wonderful doctor! I had a "botched" back surgery in 2016 by another doctor and was left with a numb right leg. Dr. Clark performed a second surgery on my back to remove the ruptured disc that was the reason for the surgery in 2016 but was left in my back. Dr. Clark removed the ruptured disc and cleaned up an awful infection that if left alone could have killed me! Dr. Clark couldn't restore the nerves in my back as they had been cut by the first "butcher" surgeon and I will never have feeling in my right leg again. Dr. Clark did all he could to help me get better. I still go to him but am now having problems with an answering service that refuses to transfer me to the Nurse or to anyone or any department...and I am calling during business hours!! I don't know what is going on but I cannot get a receptionist or the automated service where you select who you want to talk to. What am I supposed to do? I cannot get a message to Dr. Clarks Nurse!!
