I went here once for a simple, routine blood test and received several bills over the following 1-2 years. If I didn't investigate the bills by calling my insurance company and fairview clinic, I would have paid an extra 100+ dollars because the wrong billing codes were used. It's been about 3 years now since I've been to the clinic (remember I only went for a blood test) and I am now being charged for someone else's visit with a doctor I've never met before. The billing at this clinic will drive you nuts because they are so incompetent, so save yourself some stress and don't go here.

My insurance requires me to have my PCP refer me to specialists(derm, OB) in order to get reimbursement.THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO THIS DOCTOR & TOLD HIM SO.I paid for testing to make me a new patient & gave them the specific specialists I needed. They told me they put in the referral while I was there in the office. So, I went to my specialists appointments. 8 months later I get a bill saying insurance denied my request. I call insurance, PCP, & go back & forth for at least 20 hours of calls, paperwork, etc. THE RESULT: I PAY IN FULL BECAUSE THE DOCTOR DID NOT IN FACT SUBMIT MY REFERRALS. THE ONE REASON I WENT TO HIM. A few months later,I call to get them to make a new referral for me, because it is required & am too cheap to pay for new pt bloodwork for a new PCP when I just need referrals. I find out that I am no longer a patient there.They did not NOTIFY ME & if I want to get them to make a referral,I will have to pay for another new pt appointment with bloodwork($200)UH NO

My experience was regretful. I found them unprofessional, lacking in cust svc, incompetent, give you the bumb rush and serious lack of quality care. Waste of time, emotions, money and no closer to answers than when started. I feel abused by this practice in their lack of care both as a person but more importantly as a patient. Betrayed my trust as a patient seeking good medical care that one should expect.
