They have been so great to me. when I call or have a visit. They are very busy but what good healthcare isn't. They will return my calls and update me on my labs. I feel safe to stay they have me in their best interest. The staff is always nice and calm with all that they have to deal with. My hat is off to all of them..

I visited this office on a Wednesday after hours. My first impression was that it was very hot in the office. I signed in and was not called up to fill out paper work for at least 30 minutes. I could hear the secretary behind the desk talking negatively about other people. Once I filled out my paperwork, which was like 15 different pieces of paper with the same information, it was over 30 minutes before I got called to the back. I was swabbed for flu, strep and covid, which all came back negative. After another 30 minutes, the physician came in saying that she would write me an antibiotics prescription. I voiced my concern over how hot it was and she said yeah I know, but the main doctor here won't let us touch the thermostat!! I had to ask for a shot before they would give me one. My throat was so sore that I could not even swallow my own spit. The prescription they gave me was a pill as big as a horse pill. I would never recommend going here.
