Horrbile. New baby visit they required a signed statement to follow the requirements for vaccinations without any input from us, the parents. It interesting because woth our first child no issues.The paperwork was horribly CONDENSNDING and DISRESPECTFUL to me as a parent. Basically stating that lack of adherence is IGNORANCE AS A PARENT. RUN AWAY. WE DID.

Unless your child is an established patient, don’t bother with this office. They require (paper) records be transferred from your previous pediatrician and reviewed by their Dr before you can schedule an appt. My child’s records have been in their office for over 6 weeks and they still haven’t been reviewed. The office manager informed me that she has no idea as to when they will have time to review them and schedule my child because they are so busy…yet the office was empty when I filled out paperwork at 4pm on a Friday. When I had the records sent in July, my only expectation was that my child could be seen by the end of the year. Apparently that was an unreasonable time frame. Bottom line - they are NOT accepting new patients and ultimately refused to see my child.
