Headland Family Medicine

My family has been seeing Dr Rasmussen for years. His rude, hateful office manager was just an unfortunate part of the experience. Until we had a problem with my elderly, sick mother's health insurance. The office manager was incredibly rude and hateful to my mother. When I called to attempt to straighten things this woman began yelling at me on the phone. When I asked her to stop she actually screamed at me that I was wasting her time. I left a Google review about her behavior. Within days I received certified mail letting me know that my family would no longer be patients at Headland Family Medicine Clinic. We were given 30 days to find new doctors. All because I left a review about his office staff. I am now struggling to find care for my mother and disabled brother. I would never recommend this place and am now letting anyone and everyone know what kind of office this doctor runs.
