Rheumatology Associates

My wife was originally scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Thomas of your organization but your office cancelled the appointment due to the doctor being sick...understandable. However, she has been trying without success to reschedule with your office, with no success as they say SHE missed her appointment and was taken out of the rotation and it would be months before she could reschedule which totally nullifies the original treatments she has had, and having to start all over. The receptionist has been totally uncaring and rude when my wife has called and continues to place the blame on her even though it was Rheumatology Associates that had canceled the appointment. We've never encountered such a rude and uncaring medical professional and staff when this is what they, and all medical associates included, claim as their motto...'to do no harm'! A complaint is also being registered with the Better Business Bureau of Huntsville, Alabama.
