Sure I had to wait awhile before getting help sometimes but didn't have to wait weeks to get Dr appt and wait same amount of time at Drs. Office. Be dead while waiting on Drs. Appt

I'm a disabled vet. This is one of the only doctors I'm allowed to go to outside the v.a.. I went 2 days ago for flu like symptoms, upon intake the woman who was doing my vitals couldn't find a piece of the thermometer so did she go find a different one? No, she just didn't take my temp. Okay now we are in the room, same lady comes in and swabs my nose for testing. She did it so gently that I barely felt the qtip hit any part of my nostril. It was so soft I even said something in that moment and told her she didn't touch my nose and she giggled and said we don't need to do it that deep anymore, and you guessed it, came back negative even tho i feel worst then when i had covid. Wierd. . If the government is going to pay yall to take care of vets please actually do yalls jobs. They were more worried about what they were going to eat for lunch then taking care of the patient they had in front of them.! I won't be returning here unless I absolutely have to which is sad.

Every trip to this place will cost you atleast 2 hours of your day (if you are extremely lucky). No matter the amount of people they always take hours to even call people back. I was skipped over multiple times for people who came in well after me. If you can go anywhere else do it!
