This CNAHS has several locations.. I used to see Tammie Smith( PA) and another provider at The Toney AL location for a common, well controlled Thyroid condition. These providers are not knowledgeable , and very ignorant acting. Insisted I come in for new visit every 90 days, just to get refills on a thyroid med! I have had this well controlled condition for 20 yrs, and been on the same dose, and every DR I had went to before just made me come back once a year to get new labs, to show my dosage was correct. This outfit does this so they can bill patients very often, for visits that are not necessary. Then they actually lied to me on last visit, told me one price for a phone consultation, then billed me more than double. I have audio recording of the quote, and they still argue with you. Time to take this shady Co to Court. Beware of Central North AL Health Service!
