He gave me the facts, and gave me the option to choose. Next, a representative called to confirm the type of procedure I was scheduled for, informed me what preparations to take, and asked if I had any questions. Next from check-in, to triage, to pre-op, to surgery, to recovery, to discharge, the entire staff was friendly, even cheerful, and professional. On one occasion, as I was in pre-op, a staff member noticed from my body language that I was uncomfortable, and asked what they could do to help. I didn't even have to ask. I would recommend this facility to any requiring an outpatient surgical procedure.
