Grandview Medical Group Liberty Park

I leveraged this facility and doctors for approx 4 years at 1-2 visits per year. Every time I tried to get an appointment it was challenging, the front desk was typically indifferent to want to help and most of the nurses were the same. I always felt just like a number being prodded through an assembly line. And sadly, I never saw the facility with lots of patients so it was never like they were slammed busy and just trying to juggle too many people. In addition, they absolutely required you to wear a mask for any sort of a sick visit even if I didn’t have a fever or symptoms that were concerning. Example, I get sinus infections from allergies (nothing contagious), I explained that, but they still require a mask. Now, the doctors there are fine and when you can actually get an appointment, you overlook the attitudes from the support staff and you conform to their way or the highway type rules… it’s fine. I had to move on.
