Everyone from the nurses and doctors to the receptionist and drivers, are so kind and respectful at this ArCare. That is all except for the head of transportation, Lindsey. Lindsey made me feel as if she felt that I was beneath her. I admit that I had some blame in this first interaction with Lindsey, but I was never disrespectful. At that time, Lindsey let me know that I would no longer be able to have use of the van rides. I understood this and gracefully complied. Even though it meant that getting to my doctor appointments would be a hardship. After that I was referred to a therapist by Doctor Anderson. My therapist worked it out with Lindsey so that I could receive rides ONLY to my therapy appointments. I was so grateful. Once again I have been told by Lindsey that I no longer have use of ArCare’s van. This time; however, it is totally unfair. I called twenty-four hours in advance to cancel my van ride. I never canceled before and was always on time. I was not told about this.
