Eagle Mountain Eye Care

I’ll start with the positive….. My family and I have been going there several years and I love Dr. Vance. The major negative there is the woman at the front desk. She is rude and has always been rude and unprofessional. This particular morning was my limit with her. I came in for my scheduled appointment after working a 12 hour shift and making a 2 hour drive home. My daughter on the other hand was called into work and I needed to reschedule her appointment. The woman begins to tell me that she can not reschedule due to 3 missed appointments, which was not true. When I asked what appointments she missed the woman could not tell me. The woman was very short with me, even cutting me off as I spoke. There is no reason to be that hateful. This is a service being provided so having a pleasant demeanor would be greatly appreciated. I canceled my appointment and will never be back. She will never change.
