Be prepared
Dr. Dean knows his stuff. He is professional, straightforward, and compassionate. The staff is the same, for the most part. The ONLY downside is the length of time it takes from the moment you check in to when you're out the door. The amount of time you are left out in the waiting area and in the exam room is much too long. If your appointment is at 9:00 a.m. don't expect to get out of there until around 11:30 a.m. I'm not sure why it takes that long when it takes less than five minutes to change a bandage? When you have to drive hours just to get to the clinic plus knowing you have a two hour drive back home, this long wait time will really put you in a sour mood. If not for this I would have given five stars.
