Lack of Integrity!

Scheduled my family for a routine visit, provided insurance information and was told services were covered. Again basic routine services. Later I received a large bill and was notified after services that my sons coverage only was not active. Had I been provided honest information prior to services i could have contacted the insurance and resolved the issue or considered other options, there was no emergency. They did not take any responsibility for their mis informing. Instead they made false accusations to try and cover their error. Lack of integrity and doing the right thing to resolve this large bill. Instead they sent it to collections. Integrity goes further than money! Choose a dental family that is honest up front and seeks resolution rather than a way to get money and doesn't care about losing patients. Speaks volumes!
