Excellent customer service over the phone

We received an alarming statement from our elderly mother's insurance company and called First in Service to straighten things out. The kindest possible person answered the phone, checked the billing, and patiently explained the situation and gave helpful information. Medical emergencies are stressful enough without collateral financial hits as a result. Very glad for the kind and helpful person who worked with me on the phone.
