Ridiculous policy
My 3 children had previously been seen by one of the providers of the Family Medical Group in Goodyear. When that provider was no longer with the practice literally no one in the practice would see my children, even for a vaccine appointment. All providers in that office are accepting new patients but will not see mine simply because they had been seen by a provider who is no longer in the practice.
