I went to the IMS office in Goodyear for at least 14 very good! I changed over to the IMS in Buckeye on Watson. PA Jennifer Guess and Sonora younger Lab girl are a joy. They are both very attentive, friendly, helpful & professional. I’ve had a good experience except for the past three months with the receptionist and front desk personnel. It has been a nightmare trying to get my prescription refilled. I’ve been on similar prescription for 15 years and called 2 weeks prior to needing a refill and they didn’t return my calls after leaving messages with the receptionist and front desk staff so I wasn’t able to get my prescription for 1 month. Then the second time they made me schedule an office visit prior to giving me the prescription. Dr Mohammed and his assistant were very short and didn’t seem to care. He said I didn’t need prescription that it wasn’t medically necessary even though I been taking it for 15 years so my insurance won’t pay. It’s been a month and I can’t get a refill.

Went for a wellness check as required by my insurer. Despite arriving 10 min before the appointed time and not having any changes to my medications, doctors or patient information... all of which is in their files, the staff advised me that a form needed to be prepared at home and since I did not do as advised, I would not be seen and will be rescheduled. It took 5 minutes to fill out the form at the clinic, received my new appointment date and departed. It appears the form is more important to this staff than the patient. If not for location and insurance dictates, I would have nothing to do with the rude and insolent staff.
