Canceled appointment
Had an appointment set up for months. Got an email and phone call to remind me of the appointment. Drove all the way down there from KIngman only to find out that they had cancelled the appointment the day before and failed to let me know. Hours of time wasted for me and my wife.

Rude and hateful
the provider staff, after finding out we have been here only a year, told me we need to move back to where we came from as she had a full load of patients and would see us back in 3 months. still unknown after months of test what the issue is.seeking treatment elsewhere.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM STAFF
Dr Nayar an PA Gupta are well qualified professionals, and they take care of their patients. What is failing this practice is the arrogance, rudeness, non-professional conduct of their staff. The billing person messes up the invoice using a software that runs away on here. The so-called office manager never returns calls, the entire practice is on voice mail that is never answered. This is patient abuse. It needs to stop. Short of staff is not an acceptable excuse. Phone calls not answered, phone voice mail not returned. So called staff hanging up. Patient running out of Rx and doctor office not answering phone.

I arrived 30 minutes early as directed for a new pt visit and was told they never received my paperwork I had faxed. After insisting it had been sent, they actually looked and it was within arm's reach. My appt still didn't begin until 40 minutes after the scheduled time (yes, 70 minutes after I arrived) and Dr. Nayer didn't see me until 25 minutes after that. He was dismissive of my condition that I had faxed confirmation of ahead of time, and when I handed him a hard copy he remained dismissive and skeptical. Fast-forward: I request a med refill Wednesday. By Friday, the pharmacy still had nothing. I called at 10am and was assured it would be sent. At 6pm, it had not been. The answering service informed me they could not reach anybody for the purpose of medication refills, so I will have to wait for Monday, at which point I will be out. Dr. Nayer is distant, dismissive, rude, disrespectful, careless, and inconsiderate. I plan to drive 4 hours for care rather than return.
