A black hole for a hospital. They kept my mom for 3 weeks because they couldn’t get things straight with the insurance. Most of the staff was very nice, but I leave out the doctor and 1 nurse in particular. Doctor didn’t do his job and the nurse was exceptionally rude! In the time Mom was there, they never got her up to walk until the last 2 days. They had her on a wicking device the whole time. They claim they were just too busy. When she was finally discharged, the doctor changed every one of her meds, and said she needed 7 new ones. This was a problem because he only called in 3. The ones she needed most were never called into the pharmacy. I called to ask about it twice but the response the second time was that the doctor was too busy. Needless to say, they were never called them in. I sadly have to say that this is the worse hospital I have ever had to deal with. If you need proper care choose another. There were other issues but I won’t go on. Find a different hospital!
