I was referred here by my PCP, the first visit was great, though I did have a wait. After that, the ability to reach anyone or get a call back was non-existent. After several attempts because I was almost out of my meds, someone finally answered the phone, stated they would speak to the doctor, and get back to me. They never did!!! I ran out of my medication for a week. The damage that did was crippling. I went back to my PCP to request be put back on my previous meds, just so I could function. I never did get a response from the doctor. I did however get a call from the office personnel, after I had already cancelled my appointment with them and informed them I was not rescheduling. They had called to find out about my returning to my previous meds, and to reschedule. I told them again, I was not going to return and had requested a new referral. Worst care ever! Run don't walk to another Rheumatologist!
