I am a Caregiver and the person I take care of is a patient of Troy Davidson that works at Northern Arizona Medical Group. I would recomond him. I have been taking my client to his office for about 7 years and the last year or two there has been a complete turn over in the office staff. If you need to make and appointment or request a refill on medication it has become almost impossible to talk to anybody. There is a recorded message when you call that gives you the option to leave a message by pressing 6 on your phone or you can text your provider to schedule an appointment or request refills on medication however if you press 6 on your phone key pad nothing prompts you nto leave your message. Itis easier to drive there to make an appointment etc..Customer Service is #1 therefore they need to fix these issues before I would recomend them to anybody. They need to call their office and see how long they have to hold it is very unprofessional and frustrating.

If your suffering from anxiety or depression you may want to try somewhere else, possibly systemic problem of Arizona medical community, not concerned with patients lapse in necessary proscription, leaving me unmedicated for an extended period of time. the local medical community have left me feeling like a dangerous animal to be watched carefully, or on the other extreme dismissive of my condition, again seems to be a problem in my area not just this clinic.
