I was scheduled to see Dr Blomenkamp at Arizona Coast Ear Nose and Throat because I can’t breathe, but I’ll never know how the doctor rates or if they can help because my office visit was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My story starts with getting a appointment confirmation of which I was told to be there half an hour early . After Checking in and waiting for an hour I pointed this out to the receptionist and asked what did delay was? Some nasty employee in the receptionist area interjected and started off rudely explaining that I had to be there half an hour early prior to my appointment . I explained I’ve already been there for an hour . The receptionist checked her computer again and realize I checked in an hour early Which I‘d like to point out did not coincide with my confirmation call Miss nasty , reiterated being there ½ hour early was common practice of which I reiterated that had nothing to do with me being there an hour early !
