Spent more time waiting between exercises to get instructions for the next one, so the assistant could chat with a colleague, then the actual exercises themselves. Also, very little instruction or feedback was given during that would have been beneficial. Made what should have been a 30min session over an hour. It was so poorly organized and conducted it didn't merit continuing therapy at this location. The therapy was also billed as individualized group therapy and by the amount of time I was there, so I was also paying more to have my time wasted. To find this out I had to push to get an itemized bill and explanation as to why a truly excessive amount was billed to my insurance. Similar to what other people have reported in reviews, they bill an outrageous flat amount to insurance that they know is typically negotiated down and accepted. They have an amount they know they can get away with billing before the treatment plan is determined, so their billing is not indicative of the actu

I started with Foothills Physical Therapy last year when I had a right hip replacement. At this time I am going through therapy for a left hip replacement. I could not ask for a better group of people to work with me. They are outstanding in all that they do, the physical therapist as well as all of the assistants. They are all very knowledgeable, attentive to the patient’s needs, thorough and very personable. I am so pleased that I have chosen Foothills Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy / Litchfield Park, Arizona for my post surgical needs. As a result of my positive progress, my husband is also seeing the therapist at Foothills For his neck, back and legs strengthening.
