Poor communication,
Poor communication, difficulty scheduling appointments, unable to give exact times for scheduled services stating “ We will call you a few days before and give you exact time. “ Disrespectful of client’s time. After several back and forth “messages” pre-op appointment was scheduled and time given, but still no time given for day of surgery. After I arranged time off from work for dates given, I received a call a week before both appointments that the physician would not be available that day and I would have to reschedule. I will not be returning to this practice.
