Office poorly organized, no respect for my time, other patients' privacy. Arrived half hour before appointment, as requested, even though my extensive paperwork was complete. Called back to exam room five minutes after appointment time; waited *45* minutes before the doctor appeared. No apology, no one checking in on me to let me know I wasn't forgotten. The other woman in the waiting room came in by transport, could not complete her forms herself, and her driver was required to ask her personal questions and try to fill out paperwork in the waiting room where the rest of us could hear. Dr. Andalkar, when he showed, told me that I had not had the surgery I said I had, told me to try accupuncture but didn't have any provider names for me, was abrupt and dismissive. Back into the waiting room 50 minutes later, same woman is still waiting with driver, plus four more who needed help with forms, being asked in the waiting room. HIPAA violations, anyone?
