Greenfield Family Medicine

I've been going to this doctor for 7 years. There used to be a super friendly receptionist. His new staff is beyond rude. They are the least bit accommodating. I had an appointment to test blood work and asked for a refill on my prescription. Because my prescription was over due they charged $51 to refill. It seemed excessive especially since I have an appointment and just need a few pills to get me to my appointment. I told them they may loose two patients because of this. They said that was fine. The phone calls had no raised voices, swearing, or name calling. My wife got hung up on. I called to cancel my appointment and they had canceled it without telling me. Dr Burrell also sent a letter saying he could no longer be my doctor and to find another provider. I wonder what story his staff told him. There are hundreds of doctors out there. Do not go to Greenfield Family Medicine!
