Friends don't let friends go to Rollins&Peterson Orthodontics. In talking with friends and neighbors it seems we are not the only ones to have a bad experience here, so I'm sharing with as many people as I can. We are extremely disappointed in our experience at this practice. We finally chose to take our daughter to a different practice to finish her treatment. There are several reasons that brought us to this decision. First - The lack of communication about the treatment plan and progress being made. During the two and a half years of treatment the only conversations we have had with any staff member, other than scheduling or payments, we have had to ask for. During COVID only patients were allowed in the office, and even after the office reopened our daughter was called back to a chair alone and when she came out there was no update other than perhaps a short comment as the assistant returned to the back.
