We've been going to Oro Valley Peds since 2010. Service used to be great, you could call and speak with the doctor or an assistant immediately if you had a question or concern. It was a nice neighborhood office and highly recommended. Once they got bought out by Northwest Allied around 2014, service went down. Nothing to do with the doctors, it was the company. You had to jump through more hoops and more rules put in place. When it got bought out by MHC a few years ago, it went to all hell. Now you have to wait on hold to talk to someone at a call center, appointments are booked months out, there is no way you can actually get ahold of someone at the office, and I've heard of them charging for well visits. Our kids' doctor, Dr. Roberts (who has been absolutely amazing) is retiring at the end of 2021, so we are going to finally leave and find another office.
