Clear Vision Ophthalmology

I went to pick up my glasses, I could tell immediately that the prescription was off. When I told the staff this, I was advised that it was indeed the correct prescription. I asked if they could double-check, and as she took the glasses, she rolled her eyes. She came back smirking, stating that the prescription was correct. I told her that after wearing glasses for over 20 years, there was something wrong. She said if I wanted to wait I could see the dr when he was available (there were already 2 people sitting in the waiting room). I handed her the glasses and told her I would call to set an appointment. She tried to hand me the glasses and I refused them. I said they were incorrect and didn't want to accept an incorrect product. She scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. The next day, I called and spoke to 'Pearl'. She stated that I didn't need to see the dr because the glasses were incorrect. No Kidding. The staff is incompetent, rude and unapologetic about their mistakes.
