This is the first negative review I've ever left, but I've experienced what might be the least empathetic medical facility in existence. Arrived five minutes past their 'grace period' (which apparently doesn't apply to their staff, who are always running late), and was turned away like I was trying to sneak in a pet alligator for a checkup. Here I am, driving 40 minutes from Phoenix, with a new baby, and they couldn't care less. I tried calling multiple times during my drive - no answer. Walk in, and what do you know? 'Oh, I was just about to call you.' Well, that's comforting after you've already decided to reschedule without any consideration for my time or effort. Let's not forget their obsession with diagnosing my perfectly healthy child with something new every visit. It's like they've got a checklist for every possible ailment, but forgot to check the box for common courtesy. I'm done.
