They left me waiting in pain for FOUR HOURS
I'm still waiting to be seen after four hours. I've never sat in even an ER for four hours. In fact, I was in and out of the ER in under 2 hours at Chandler Regional yesterday for my workplace injury and my employer insisted I see this clinic for my care. Nope. After this first and only appointment with them, I will not be back. The staff are rude, unresponsive and lazy, the office is dirty and disheveled and I feel like I need a tetanus shot sitting in their filthy waiting room. I've never endured a worse experience at a Dr. Shame on AZ Industrial Medicine for leaving me in pain all day while I waited for their Dr who has still not seen me.
