I've had MULTIPLE problems with scheduling appointments at this location. The first time, they scheduled me on the wrong day. I came in on my day off, and it turned out they'd mistakenly booked me for the following day, when I work all day. The second time, I booked an early morning appointment, called ahead to verify the appointment, and when I showed up, the office was locked and dark. Once they opened up, the doctor was late, and I waited 30 minutes to be taken back, even though I was there first thing in the morning. The last straw was today: I found out they'd canceled my follow-up appointment without notifying me, and the next availability with the doctor was not for another month! It's almost the end of the year and I'm changing insurance plans, so I just decided to wait and start over again next year with a new eye doctor.
