Integrated Pain Consultants-Phoen

I was so happy when I found out Aaron, a PA I worked with before was starting here. Sadly, he is still very good but the office experience is horrible. I went to a diagnostic appt and we developed a plan to address the pain I live with on a daily basis. The first appt for lower back injections was cancelled as I was on my way to the facility. I called the office to make a new appointment for my back injections and at the same time make the rest of the appointments for treatments. Today, my first knee injection, was cancelled about 3 hours before the procedure because I needed to have a Dr. appt first. I have had the consultation and we have already determined a plan. I would think they would have known that before scheduling 4 different appointments that a second appt was necessary. There was no empathy, there was no caring, there was only a matter of fact statement that my pain relief would be put off. Remember, this is a PAIN practice.
