The doctor is amazing. However, this is overshadowed by the lack of communication. If you have a question for the office staff or even a question about medications expect it to take a week to finally get a resolution. The only way to speak with someone is to drive to the office you go to and reschedule in person. That LUDICROUS! They try to charge a $29 fee to change an appointment time but give you no way to talk to someone. While I love the doctor I am not sure it’s worth the frustration each month to get my meds refilled. For some reason the doctor has started not sending in the refill when I see him, I have to go with our my med each month for at least a week so they can “call it in”. Is there a reason the doctor no longer sends the refill at your appointment? The appearance given off is that they want to nickel and dime you with fees and EVERYONE has to have either TMS or Ketemine.
