IF you can get someone to call you back to make an appointment, the providers are great. However, the office staff admitted to me that they 'don't know where their voicemails go' Which has been an ongoing problem for MONTHS. I can only assume they don't care about patients. I was able to make an appointment when I showed up in person at their office but I have a job. I had a televisit and the NP referred me for a procedure. I can't get someone to call me back to schedule it. That was a month ago. She mentioned that I could send her a secure message in MyChart if I didn't hear back from the office staff. However, they don't show up as a provider in MyChart and I have no way to add or message them. SHAME on Honor Health and Pain Consultants for such failures. If you don't know how to get your voice messages, ANSWER THE PHONE. I've left messages, on the new patient line, existing patient line, procedure scheduling line, at least a dozen over 2 months. NOTHING.
