Good care, but horrible follow up
I saw Catherine Strenkowski, PA a total of 3 times (2.8.23, 3.23.23 and 5.18.23) and Dr. Rhami once (3.15.23) to perform an ultrasound. Both provider experiences were good. What went completely south was on 5.18.23 I was referred for an outpatient procedure and never heard anything back. I lost sight of it (single mom to a complex specials need son) and in August I began calling into the provider. I’ve placed a total of 13 calls to the provider and not once has anyone from Cardiovascular Consultants called me back. I filed a complaint with my insurance company on the 17th and called them back to today. It took the Plan rep 6 calls just to get ahold of someone who said, they are working on it. Unacceptable. Not once did I get a call back or an apology for my experience. Unacceptable. I should have had the procedure back in June sometime. Unacceptable. What is most distasteful to me is no call, no apology. I am hopeful my experience informs others to make an informed decision.
