My experience with Pueblo Family Physicians has been beyond frustrating. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They promised to send me a link for my virtual appointments , but it never came and this has happen on multiple occasions, and when I called to follow up, they were dismissive and unhelpful.On top of that, when I requested to speak with Dr. Phillip Prusinski, I was rudely told, 'He doesn’t want to speak to you.' This level of disrespect is shocking. To make matters worse, Dr. Prusinski didn’t even remember my treatment plan during my time being treated by him, showing a clear lack of attention to my care.I would never recommend anyone to this office. The way they treat their patients is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this office gets shut down for their incompetence and lack of care. Avoid this place at all costs!

Office manager are rude and show no customer service skills. It immediately comes across that they don't care about your concerns and just want to move on to next person

I went in for a visit to see why I haven’t gotten results back because my leg and feet swell and I wake up with bad headaches. I came in with appointment. And when I get there I’m told I owe a balance that I had a payment plan from before the pandemic. 120 and 50 co pay today before I get seen or told my results. I’ve been here 3x for the same issue. I told front desk I can make payment arrangements and pay 50 co pay today. I was told no it would have to be full. I was like what this is crazy!!! I felt myself getting upset so I went to the car called back ask to speak with supervisor KIM. She said unless I paid in full I was refused service. After I took off of work came from 16 st and Baseline. Was never told this before my appointment. So I guess until my balance is paid in full I won’t be seen. Until then my ankles are swollen and I’m waking up with migraines. So that everyone knows I was refused service for 120 dollars that was being paid before pandemic. I’m very disappointed .

This is the most unprofessional place i have been so far. NP Daniela have denied me care which she excuses i may have a covid which i was already tested negative and I have told the MA that i am negative of covid. The Ma does not want to touch me when she was doing my vitals. shortly after i arrived in to this little room look like a trash room i was told i have to exit the building. The MA stated Daniela is not willing to see you today, so you have to leave now and she will call you later. I was very seek at this time and i was very dizzy. any way i have to leave with no care what soever, and go the argent care which i was helped and treated like human.

Office manager is the most egotistical woman who thinks she is a doctor, just rude and very unprofessional, I’m shocked she still is employed. If you read other reviews you will see others mention her and the problems people have had. I would not go here. Stay away or you will regret it.
