I agree with most of her negative reviews and google reviews because i experienced her myself. She does make you wait very long (30 min plus) , no regard for your time, milks appointments (you need a separate one for EVERYTHING! She makes you see her every month for refills and charges you and will NOT refill until you have been seen so if your schedule or your finances don’t align with your refills you’re out of luck. Mine was thyroid medicine and by not filling I went back off it when I was barely back on it in the first place. No regard for the horrible symptoms I absolutely experienced. I am so furious at her for this because she refused to fill AND then ignored my portal messages and phone calls. Every single one of them. My messages got worse the longer she did it. I can’t put into words how much I loathe her. Please read her google reviews. Sort by “lowest” She has good ones but A LOT of low ones that all say the same thing Walks like a duck?Talks like a duck? It’s a DUCK!

*She milks your insurance! She seems to find every reason to make you schedule another appointment before she can resolve the issue. In a primary care visit will only talk about 1 thing each time, makes you schedule additional appointment for every little thing you want to ask. You end up paying all these co-pays. *Makes you wait in the room 25-50 minutes after your appointment time. The first 2 appointments this was not the case but once established, they get you in the room immediately and then you sit waiting for the doctor well past your appointment time. *They hardly work on Thursday and Fridays so appointments must be Mon-Wed. *She seems rushed and talks a lot but does not actually listen to your needs.I finally said something to her at my last appointment about how she is making me schedule many appointments to get anything done and always very late and her response was that is her business model and it probably isn't a good fit for me.

My experience with Jennifer herself was positive. However, the customer service at this place is awful. My first appointment I came in and waited for almost an hour in the room just for her to tell me she couldn't do a general check up and approve my birth control at the same time(which I had been on for 3 years and it was just checking in to renew the prescription). They scheduled a virtual appointment which they canceled and rescheduled for a time that didn't work for me so then I had to wait even longer to get the service I was trying to get on the first visit. Getting a hold of anyone at this office is difficult and some of the options on their phone menu don't even work, it just disconnects. I am disappointed that I will have to go to a different doctor but I am not willing to deal with this service.

Awful, just awful. Jen is slow, talks too much and doesn't care about anything but your money. She hires girls with no experience or education to sit at the front desk, I'm pretty sure that's all they do. She has a nurse for some reason, who is hard to understand and really acts as her secretary. Waited for 2 hours for a 10 min appt to NOT get what I wanted....and now can't get refunded the excess money they charged me. Go some where else.

I recommened you make an appointment just about anywhere else. They will charge you $250 at your first appointment, and keep a balance going through every visit. Even with ins and They refuse to Bill them first. They almost cancelled my first visit because thier system didn't send me the email for new patient paperwork, which apparently they can't see you if not provided before visit, and they dont have paper in the office. They will tell you that they dont know what the ins will pay, but they do. They still charge you upfront. Even the dr talked about how little money she makes. I waited 2 hrs for a 5 minute conversation, and was told to take mucinex. Thats all for $250.. Nope going to go see a real doctor now.
