Most unprofessional staff in billing and office
You will get medications get sent to the wrong location numerous times. You will likely get office staff that fail to communicate the purpose of your visit and get charged for the visit after being told. You absolutely will have trouble with billing on false promises, completely devoid of communication between the office and billing, never receiving calls back for messages, and being on hold for hours at a time to MAYBE be answered and led on a wild goose-chase. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Even if you like your doctor or nurse, stay away.

No accountability for negligence
Do not recommend! Dr Kowalski was negligent with a break (in Jan) that he deemed none operable and now I have permanent issues since the break and that was after a wonderful specialist operated to correct the negligence. This negligence could have been avoided had Dr Kowalski addressed my concerns and splinted my break properly. There has also been a billing nightmare that I’ve been dealing with since seeing him in Jan 2023. Take a drive into Tucson AZ or better yet Oro Valley AZ. The drive and time is worth avoiding the pain and suffering from this dr. And this company.
