English Dermatology San Tan Valley

My husband started coming to this clinic this year they found he has melanoma, he has the same insurance and he already rich his deductible of the year, they set up his appointment, they call him 2 weeks before to notify him that they changed his appointment and he was ok with that, they set up the new appointment for December 5 (yesterday), he is teacher and he took the day off no paid , he arrived and they told him that they don' take his insurance any more because something to do with credentials between the clinic and his insurance, so unless he pays the amount on full he won't be seeing the doctor, he was trying to figure out why they didn't notify before the day of his appointment, they didn't care at All! they said he has to live the location or they will call the police, I went myself and ask for an explanation and they admitted in a video that was there fault, this please is a joke they don' care about anything is Bad no any kind of costumer service, please find a better plac

I’ve had 2 moles removed by dermatologists over the years because of issues like bra strap rubbing it uncomfortably, etc. Never had any issue. Today I go get seen at English Dermatology as a new patient and she looks at them and says they look fine, to remove will be an out of pocket expense and they won’t bill insurance. Then told me it would be $150 per mole plus $75 more each if the lab wants to test them. Um, what? I came here instead of driving all the way to Casa Grande to my old dermatologist… lesson learned. Save your co-pay, they’ll just eyeball a mole and say it’s fine.
