Unprofessional

Brittany, a PA at this location, spent 3 minutes with me looking at one spot and freezing off one skin tag. She ended the appointment with 'I'm not even going to charge you for today' which was very nice of her. Well, I got charged and after countless unanswered messages and attempts to get it cleared up, I was threatened with being sent to collections for $147.11. I paid it to avoid that and am extremely dissatisfied with how this office handled the situation. Will find a new practice.
