After hanging up with this office (for the last time) speaking with Cindy who apparently was not having a good day. I was returning a voicemail they left me to go over labs and make an APPOINTMENT for a tele health visit, so I chose the option to speak to Dr Kazi staff, scheduling department, when I was told several times that I called the wrong person they have no idea who called me. Then all of a sudden after calling her out for the horrible phone manner, she found what I needed and asked if I wanted to schedule. I politely said no and please mail me the results so I can take it elsewhere. Of which she said then scared me that their may be a treatment needed. We'll Dr Kazi, work on your staff etiquette and fix your phone systems as well. It was always such a chore to get those horrible people at the front on the phone anyway.Not to mention when I dropped off my breath test I got such horrible attitude from the desk and they didn't check anything.
