My visit was fine. Follow-up was none. I had to call the lab to get my results. This office does not answer the phone or return messages. I tried to call to pay my bill, no response. Also, there is no on-line method to pay bills. I had to go into the office to pay my bill. Now I've received another bill that I've already paid. Again they do not answer the phone or return messages. I'll have to go back into the office to resolve this issue. Customer care and service is severely lacking.
