Family Health Center of Sierra Vista

I have been going to Family Health Center for about five years. Unfortunately, I will be moving my family to another facility. A staff member by the name of Melanie was very inappropriate. She talked to my wife in an unprofessional manner in front of our child. As a Veteran, my family has always been treated with the utmost respect at this place. After reading reviews, we are clearly not the first to experience this type of behavior. Don’t be the next. DON'T TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE!

Family Health Center lacks severely with their front desk and billing department. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Disrespectful and bad mannered.Despite whatever situation each patient has there, the way I was just treated by MELANIE in the billing department was appalling.Melanie needs to learn how to properly address people.She verbally attacked me and belittled me, but not only in front of my sick child who was standing there but in front of everyone at the doctor’s office.She was extremely aggressive towards me for NO REASON.There is no reason to ever behave or act the way you did towards me.I was politely asking a question to the woman at the front desk where I was paying my copay for todays visit and when she could not provide the information I was inquiring of, Melanie from Billing, came out of her office and immediately started attacking me.It was very unprofessional.Family Health Center, you can do better with the staffing at the front desk and billing department.

The kind of staff that reschedules you when your literally on time for your appointment (BUT NOT 30 MIN EARLY) and that has the audacity to roll their eyes at you when they look at the clock and your ON TIME!

I was on time for my appointment but didnt have my new patient paperwork. Front desk wasnt ready for me when I went to check in and made me wait. I was actually early, but my 2 year old was throwing a huge fit so I came in and left to let her calm down before coming back in on time. They rescheduled me only after being super rude and rolling her eyes at me. clearly seeing that Im struggling with my daughter having a bad day! BLEEP THAT RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL UNSYMPETHETIC FRONT DEST STAFFFFF. Even with that I was still on time.
