I had an appointment scheduled for my son months in advance. I did this so we could work around his school schedule and my work schedule. I had the appointment card written by their receptionist at the time of making the appointment that said “November 27 at 9:30”. I arrived early. They said they didn’t have my son on the schedule and couldn’t get us in. I explained that we traveled a distance for this appointment and it is a waste of time and money for their mistake. Both the receptionist and business manager were the rudest people ever. I told then that we won’t reschedule and will go elsewhere. (After being a client of 10 years) Then after i leave and tell them I’m going elsewhere they call to harass me about the appointment they failed to follow through with today.
