Substandard Care
Office did not schedule an appointment for my mother with Parkinson's for over a year. Her medication prescription was not covered by insurance due to this oversight and she was forced to pay out of pocket several hundred dollars. After her appointment to fulfill this requirement, the office failed to follow up with insurance to get the prior authorization required. So more out of pocket payments to get her meds. Ridiculous and unprofessional.

Worst office ever
We have been with ANA for a couple of years usually see NP Rachael Daley who is ok to deal with but my main complaint is trying to get this office to do anything for the Patient. My hubby started on patch for his Parkinson’s which helped him 1,000% but try to get this office to send a report to our insurance so we can get this patch at a reduced cost for my husband. They just do not respond to insurance, myself or a pharmacist calling them. So disappointed and will not be returning. Our PCP has found us a new neurologist who cares about my husbands health condition as they obviously do not.
