Dr Patel is one the best. However the front desk staff is something to be regretted. Instead of listening to my problem they worked overtime trying to figure out how was wrong. Then when I seem frustrated I “was told with my attitude they didn’t have to wait on me”. I said you sure don’t. Finally twenty minutes later they decided to listen and the problem was easily solved. Empathy is something that can go along way listening to get a clear picture is also helpful for dealing with clients.
