Dealing with these people is like pulling teeth. I swear there is only one lady that answers the phone and she is rude, hangs up on you, and lies to you. Before surgery I had to call about an important health issue that I needed to address with the Anesthesiologist that was going to be giving me the anesthesia, the receptionist told me I'll have someone call you. Needless to say nobody ever called me back. Then, I called on April 9th to find out if I was going to be billed anytime soon since everyone else has already billed my Insurance. Of course I get the same old rude lady, she tells me that they billed my Insurance on March 30th, she lied, and I don't even think she knows! I called my Insurance and they do not have anything from this place on file. Unfortunately, I didn't have a say in who I used since this is all done by the Surgery Center and my Surgeon. I think this is by far the worst medical facility I have ever encountered. That receptionist/billing lady needs to be fired!
