I have been waiting 4 months for a referral to be submitted properly to my insurance company for major health issues that still have not been submitted. Office staff provides false information to paitients about billing and then submits a years worth of bills to insurance all at once so you are not billed in a timely manner. They also talk so loudly there is no privacy of health information... I have heard so much about other paitents personal medical information that is against HIPPA and they have spoken loudly where other paitents have heard about my medical and personal information that I was uncomfortable having them hear. I have also been waiting for two weeks for a doctor to return a message about a time sensitive medical issue. They used to care about their patients but there has been so much turn over there is no continuity of care. Office is poorly run and barrly functional and incapable of caring about their paitents and providing adequate medical care.

I had a visit with NP Renee in which she attempted to diagnose me with a mental illness 5 minutes into my appointment, she told me I was too panicky to make my own decision, tried to prescribe me medication I told her I had a bad experience with and did not want, and then tried to attribute my anxiety to my sexual orientation. I cannot recommend NP Rene under any circumstances.
